This commitment to clients is one that Eric proudly carries forward as a third generation member of his family to work for the firm, and as a rising legal star. Before coming to work for Subin Associates, Eric gained valuable and impressive legal experience all over the world working in the Special Court for Sierra Leone, where he helped prosecute Charles Taylor, the former President of Liberia for war crimes. After the successful outcome of that case, he worked in China for the DeHeng Law Group, one of the country’s largest firms, assisting in complex contract reviews enforcing the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) Treaty. Recently, he was honored to join the Queens Bar Association Grievance Committee, the Manhattan Judicial Screening Committee, as well as serve as a court appointed judicial referee. Drawing on this deep and varied knowledge of the law, Eric is known as an incisive litigator who is as effective at settlements as he is at compelling juries.
